Jason M. Bell is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law in 2001. He has over 20 years of law experience in a variety of fields from military criminal law to private legal counsel representation in Colorado civil courts. Jason is focused on providing exceptional client-focused legal services. He is admitted to practice in Colorado, Iowa, and the United States Supreme Court.
After admission to practice, Jason served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He served as legal counsel to senior military commanders during Operation Iraqi Freedom (2 tours) and participated in some of the first military courts-martial in Baghdad, Iraq in 2003. In addition to serving as an Army prosecutor trial counsel, Jason served as the 2nd Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division Combat Team legal advisor in Iraq, associate law professor at the United States Military Academy at West Point, and legal advisor to the Army Space & Missile Defense Command (Colorado Springs).
Prior to law school Jason served as an infantry officer in the 82d Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. His military awards include the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Parachutes Badge, Air Assault Badge, Expert Infantryman Badge, and the Ranger Tab. Upon retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army in 2017, Jason began practicing law in the state of Colorado. In 2022, Jason founded Integrity Law to bring trusted legal counsel to clients in El Paso County and surrounding Colorado communities.
Jason is a 1994 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is also a 2006 graduate of the Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School (military law LL.M.) and 2010 graduate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law (natural resources LL.M.). Jason and his wife Caydee have three children: Nicholas, Samuel and Olivia. The Bell family are members of Radiant Church and enjoy the outdoor activities of Colorado.
